HOUSE PLANS

CUSTOM HOUSE PLANS:

To help you take the first big steps towards building or remodeling your home, we
combine your ideas and the training of our experienced designers to create a home
that fits your lifestyle. See below for the 3 stages of house plans.

NOTE: Some plans will require structural engineering separate from the house plans;
your designer will inform you about that process as needed.

STAGE 1:
You will begin the process by meeting with our lead designer to review floor plans
and discuss ideas for your home. Following the meeting we'll produce a set of
preliminary drawings (prelims), which will include all the floors & elevations.

STAGE 2:
Pick up your prelims, review them, and make changes as needed. When you're ready,
make an appointment to go over these changes with your designer. Take your time
on this stage as you decide how your future home will look. We are here to help you
with ideas and layouts as needed.

STAGE 3:
When all the changes have been made to your prelims, we will produce a final set of
plans for you. This will include the required sets of drawings for your city/county &
an original set for you. Additional sets can be purchased for $30.00 each
